What Fruit Were You Getting?
Your Tears Are Noticed

Shimano-fc-7900-gear11-japan I haven't written much lately. I've been crazy busy and decided to take a break from blogging. I'm alive and well though and enjoying ministry and life in the central valley. God is good!

I've been riding my bike like a mad man lately. My goals are weight loss, better health, increased energy levels, and stress reduction. It seems to be working on all levels.

One thing I've noticed is that the more miles I accumulate the more I find the need to make minor adjustments to the bike. Tire pressure, seat height, float adjustment on pedals, etc. Here's the deal with making adjustments...small adjustments make big changes. Just a few millimeters here or there makes a huge difference! It's very easy to over-adjust.

That's the thought that has been running through my mind over the past week or so. Small adjustments make big changes. On the bike and in life! Sometimes we are overwhelmed by the amount of change that needs to take place in our lives but these changes can begin with small adjustments.
